We are looking for a dynamic, energetic and ambitious individual who is eager to learn and grow with our organization. As an assistant to the senior manager, you will be working closely with our team to conduct research, capture data, attend meetings, travel across various locations for events and other tasks.

To be successful in this role, you should be willing to help with any tasks assigned by the senior manager. You will be involved in upcoming projects as well as assisting with current campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Fulfill tasks set out by the senior manager.
  • Attend meetings and take accurate minutes.
  • Perform research at a supervisor's request.
  • Schedule meetings and visits for the senior manager.
  • Update social media platforms and write engaging copy for posts.
  • Assist supervisor for events and projects.
Requirements
  • A final-year student or recent graduate with excellent communication skills.
  • Eager to learn and work with various departments in the organization.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
