WhizPay.io is building the future of global payments, providing seamless, secure, and crypto-friendly solutions for businesses and individuals worldwide. We are seeking a Product Manager to lead and shape our core offerings, including payment infrastructure, wallets, and fiat-crypto rails.

Role Overview

As a Product Manager at WhizPay.io, you will drive the development of innovative products at the intersection of fintech and crypto. You will work closely with engineering, design, compliance, and business teams to deliver user-centric, scalable, and compliant solutions. This is an opportunity to build in a fast-paced, global, and remote-first environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for payment infrastructure, wallet solutions, and cross-border payment products
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to design and deliver API-first products enabling seamless fiat-crypto transactions
  • Prioritize and manage the product roadmap, aligning with company strategy and customer needs
  • Develop a deep understanding of user pain points, conducting research and analysis to inform product decisions
  • Integrate stablecoins (USDC, USDT) and fiat-crypto rails into the product ecosystem
  • Partner with compliance, legal, and business teams to ensure products meet regulatory requirements
  • Define and track product KPIs using tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, Postman, and Jira
  • Write clear product specifications, manage sprint planning, and ensure on-time delivery
  • Stay informed on crypto, Web3, and fintech trends to influence product strategy

What We're Looking For

  • 3–5+ years of experience in product management, ideally within fintech, crypto, or payments
  • Experience with APIs, payment infrastructure, wallets, or cross-border products
  • Strong user empathy and an analytical mindset
  • Solid understanding of stablecoins (USDC, USDT), fiat-crypto rails, and blockchain infrastructure
  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Figma, Postman, Amplitude, and Mixpanel
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Experience in Web3 wallets, PSPs, or fintech companies, especially with US regulatory frameworks
  • Technical background or familiarity with blockchain technology is a plus
  • Crypto experience is highly preferred
