About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven sales professional to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for building strong client relationships and consistently achieving sales goals in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels such as phone calls, email campaigns, and networking events.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets by delivering exceptional customer service and staying up-to-date with market trends.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Deliver product presentations and demos that cater to customer requirements and preferences.
  • Analyze competitor activity and market trends to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and prepare regular sales reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • 1–3 years of proven sales experience with a strong track record of success.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
