Position Overview:

As a Technical Business Development Analyst, you will be a key driver of the company's growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the technical industry. Your primary responsibility will be to bridge the gap between technical capabilities and business objectives, leveraging your expertise to build strong relationships with potential clients and partners. The role involves understanding complex technical solutions, effectively communicating their value to clients, and driving successful business outcomes.

Your Mission:

1. Business Development Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy that aligns with the company's technical capabilities and growth objectives. Identify new markets, products, and services to expand the company's technical offerings.
2. Lead Generation: Proactively seek and generate new leads within the technical industry through various channels, including networking, industry events, cold calling, and online research.
3. Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their technical requirements, and proposing tailored solutions to address their business challenges effectively.
4. Technical Expertise: Possess a deep understanding of the company's technical products and services. Translate technical concepts into clear and compelling value propositions that resonate with clients and partners.
5. Proposal and Contract Negotiation: Prepare and deliver persuasive proposals, presentations, and pitches to potential clients. Handle contract negotiations and secure agreements that meet both technical and business needs.
6. Collaboration with Technical Teams: Collaborate closely with internal technical teams to ensure a thorough understanding of product capabilities and to develop customized solutions for clients.
7. Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and potential technical opportunities for business growth.
8. Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Develop accurate sales forecasts, track progress against targets, and provide regular reports to management on business development activities and outcomes.
9. Relationship Management: Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure their satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling technical solutions.
10. Industry Networking: Participate in technical industry events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance the company's visibility, expand the professional network, and identify potential partnerships.

Your Story:

1. Bachelor's/Master's degree in a technical field such as Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
2. Proven work experience as a Business Development Manager or a similar role within the technical industry, with a demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving technical business growth.
3. Strong technical knowledge and understanding of complex technical solutions, preferably within the company's domain.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences effectively.
5. Proficient in contract negotiations and the ability to establish mutually beneficial partnerships.
