About the Role
Cyborg Solutions is looking for a smart, proactive, and experienced Lead Generation Specialist to join our team.
We're seeking someone who:
- Has good market knowledge and quick problem-solving skills
- Can independently identify, attract, and qualify new business leads
- Doesn't need spoon-feeding and can confidently bring solutions and strategies to the table
- Is focused on delivering real results to help grow our business
Key Responsibilities
- Attract and generate high-quality leads through:
- Targeted email marketing campaigns
- Cold calling and direct outbound outreach
- Propose creative strategies to increase lead volume and conversion
- Manage and track leads using CRM or lead management tools
- Report on performance and suggest actionable improvements
Technical Requirements & Skills
- Practical experience with CRM systems and lead management platforms
- Familiarity with digital marketing and email outreach tools
- Knowledge of running and managing paid or organic social media campaigns
- Confident cold calling skills and ability to engage potential clients effectively
- Strong data handling and reporting skills using spreadsheets or dashboards
- Strong written and spoken English (neutral or near-neutral accent preferred)
Must-Have Qualities
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently and deliver without constant supervision
- Quick learner who stays updated with lead generation and digital marketing trends
- Must be able to commute daily to our office in DGround, Faisalabad
