Job Title: Support Care Specialist">
Role Overview:

You will be supporting adults with a range of needs, including learning disabilities, autism, ABI and mental health. Your role will involve empowering individuals to lead fulfilling lives by providing tailored support that caters to their unique needs.

This includes assisting with personal care, such as continence needs, health and medication management, and handling personal possessions. You will also be responsible for helping individuals maintain good levels of personal and environmental hygiene.

In addition to these tasks, you will be involved in activities such as cooking, art or listening to music. You will also accompany individuals on outings and engage them in social activities like movie nights and food excursions.

Key aspects of your role include following established procedures to ensure consistent, safe, and reliable care and support.



Required Skills and Qualifications:

  2. Honesty, reliability, trustworthiness, and a passion to make a difference
  3. Commitment to the aims and objectives of the organization
  4. Satisfactory Police Check and check against the ISA List (where applicable)
