About Our Client:

Our client is a manufacturing company for Boxing, MMA and Martial Arts.

Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Senior PPC Officer to lead the productionplanning and control process. This role is critical in planning future material acquisition andproduction activities to ensure alignment with upcoming orders , production targets, anddelivery commitments. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience inmanufacturing, and the ability to drive production efficiency and timely availability of materials.

Key Responsibilities:Production & Material Planning:
  • Develop forward-looking production schedules and material acquisition plans based ondemand forecasts, inventory levels, and lead times.
Raw Material Demand Forecasting:
  • Calculate monthly and long-term raw material requirements to ensure uninterruptedproduction flow.
Capacity & Efficiency Analysis:
  • Monitor production output, analyze productivity trends, and identify improvement areasto optimize production efficiency and plant capacity utilization.
Cross-functional Coordination:
  • Communicate with stores, procurement, and production teams to ensure timelyavailability of raw materials and consumables.
Consumables Procurement Planning:
  • Consolidate requirements for recurring materials per order , evaluate delivery time andset procurement plans accordingly.
Resource Allocation:
  • Determine and allocate required materials and manpower for each production operationto meet scheduled targets.
Requirements:
  • Education:Masters Degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, IndustrialEngineering, or a related field.
  • Experience:At least 4 years of relevant experience in production planning within a manufacturingenvironment.
Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong forecasting, planning, and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and cross-department coordination abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, especially for planning and data analysis
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving mindset.

Location: Sialkot

Timings: 9 am to 6 pm

Days: Monday to Saturday
