Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) located in Sialkot. The CEO will oversee the overall strategic direction and operations of the company. This includes managing finances, business planning, sales, and strategic planning. The CEO will be responsible for driving organizational growth and ensuring the company meets its goals.

Qualifications

  • Finance and Operations Management skills
  • Experience in Business Planning and Strategic Planning
  • Proficiency in Sales and managing sales teams
  • Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Sialkot
  • MBA or equivalent is preferred
  • Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
