Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced eBay Dropshipping Virtual Assistant (VA) who has at least 1 year of hands-on experience managing eBay dropshipping stores. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of end-to-end eBay account management and a proven track record of generating consistent ROI through product research, listing optimization, order processing, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • A to Z eBay store management
  • Listing profitable and trending products from retail suppliers like Walmart, Amazon etc.
  • Competitor analysis and pricing strategies
  • Title optimization, SEO-friendly descriptions, and image sourcing
  • Order fulfillment and tracking updates
  • Handling eBay cases, return requests, and customer messages professionally
  • Monitoring account health and maintaining top-rated seller metrics
  • Daily reporting and performance tracking

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on eBay dropshipping experience
  • Proven track record of profitable store management
  • Strong understanding of eBay policies, algorithm, and best practices
  • Experience using dropshipping software/tools
  • Ability to work independently with attention to detail
  • Reliable internet connection and professional working setup

Preferred Skills (Bonus):

  • Experience with eBay API, automation, or bulk listing tools
  • Basic graphic editing for product images
  • Experience managing multiple stores
