Job Description: We are looking for a Machine Learning Engineer with expertise in speech processing and natural language understanding to help create a cutting-edge system for real-time avatar interaction. You will be responsible for developing and optimizing machine learning models that enable lifelike speech synthesis and avatar control.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop custom TTS models to generate natural-sounding speech in different languages and accents.
  2. Optimize machine learning models for real-time performance and integration with avatar systems.
  3. Work with the backend and 3D modeling teams to ensure smooth interaction between ML models and the avatar.
  4. Conduct research on the latest advancements in speech synthesis and machine learning to keep our system at the forefront of technology.
  5. Deploy and monitor machine learning models in a production environment.

Required Skills:

  1. Strong background in machine learning and deep learning, particularly in speech synthesis and recognition.
  2. Experience with frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
  3. Proficiency in Python and experience with ML libraries and tools.
  4. Knowledge of natural language processing and how it integrates with speech systems.
  5. Experience with deploying ML models in production using cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience with voice cloning or creating synthetic voices.
  2. Familiarity with multi-language support in TTS systems.
  3. Previous experience working on interactive AI-driven systems.
