As we continue to grow, we're looking for a dynamic Sales Representative to help expand our client base and drive revenue growth.
Position Overview:
As a Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in developing new business opportunities. You'll be responsible for identifying potential clients, pitching our dispatch services, and closing deals. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, goal-driven, and has a solid understanding of the trucking or logistics industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and pursue new sales leads through cold calling, social media, email campaigns, and referrals
- Present and promote dispatch services to prospective carriers and fleet owners
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics
- Provide feedback to the operations team to ensure a smooth onboarding process
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and customer needs
Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent negotiation and closing abilities
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Fluent English is required
