Sr. Site Acquisition Manager
Responsible for site acquisition, CME and ITC work standard to meet the customer requirements. Recommend approved subcontractors to perform Site Acquisition, CME and ITC work services. Set objectives, structure, organize and plan activities within CME and ITC work groups. Prepare and update the implementation program in cooperation with the project manager. As a SA Manager, acquired and monitored the site acquisition team. Analyzed and manipulated information to direct the data to relevant individuals. Supervise TI work, getting requisite coordinates from clients. Finding site locations through clients provided coordinates (longitude + latitude through GPS). Arrangement of surveyor's visit. Identification of at least 3 locations and send the desired information to client. Negotiation of rent with the owner, after getting necessary approval from client. Making arrangement for getting NOC from the concerned government authorities for the erection of tower. Signing of agreement with the owner as per negotiated rent. Submission of completed file to clients for onward processing. Coordination with regional logistic team for sites under litigation & work stop issues.
Job Specification5 to 6 years related experience. Excellent communication skills.
