The User Acquisition Manager will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our user base across all apps. This role demands a strategic and analytical mindset, with a strong understanding of digital marketing and user acquisition tactics. The ideal candidate will manage user acquisition campaigns, analyze performance data, and collaborate with various teams to achieve our growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Strategy Development: Design and execute comprehensive user acquisition strategies to drive app installs and engagement.
  2. Campaign Management: Plan, launch, and optimize multi-channel acquisition campaigns across platforms such as social media, search engines, display networks, and mobile advertising networks like Google and Meta.
  3. Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance using key metrics (CPI, CPA, LTV, ROAS) to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  4. Budget Management: Allocate and manage acquisition budgets to maximize ROI.
  5. Market Research: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
  6. Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and analytics teams to align acquisition efforts with broader company goals.
  7. Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on user acquisition performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  8. Innovation: Explore and test new acquisition channels, tactics, and technologies to drive growth and engagement.
  9. A/B Testing: Implement A/B testing strategies to optimize creative, messaging, and targeting for better campaign performance.
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience in user acquisition for mobile apps, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
  2. Expertise in digital marketing channels, including Google Ads, Facebook.
  3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  4. Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and Google AdMob.
  5. Knowledge of app analytics and tracking tools (e.g., Appsflyer, Adjust) is a plus.
