Position Overview

The Business Systems Analyst - Sales/Functional Consultant D365 CE will be a key member of the Zones team. We seek individuals eager to contribute and grow professionally, impacting the business transformation of a $2 billion USD company.

This role involves applying specialized knowledge in solutions development to design, implement, and support systems that enable business functions. Responsibilities include gathering requirements, preparing functional specifications, creating and executing unit tests, and collaborating with developers on technical designs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Understand and configure D365 CE functionalities, including customizations and integrations.
  • Gather and analyze business requirements, create functional specifications, and coordinate with development teams.
  • Develop and execute unit test plans.
  • Collaborate on technical designs and ensure solutions meet business needs.
Qualifications
  • 8+ years' experience in business process analysis and documentation.
  • 8+ years' experience with D365 CE implementation and SDLC.
  • Experience with end-user requirements gathering, training, and UAT.
  • Knowledge of Lead to Quote and Order to Cash processes.
  • Proficiency in configuring and customizing D365 CE applications.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science preferred.
