Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to play a pivotal role in collecting, analyzing, developing, documenting, and communicating business transaction flows to achieve organizational objectives. The ideal candidate will act as a liaison between business partners and IT teams, ensuring effective technical solutions are provided and fostering strong relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in pre-sales activities, including reviewing high-level requirements shared by clients and preparing questions and assumptions.
  • Participate in project discovery sessions, identifying key stakeholders and establishing close working relationships with them.
  • Document project requirements, success metrics, and KPIs, as well as identify and document current processes, gaps, and pain points.
  • Liaise with design teams to create mock-ups and facilitate meetings, working closely with TPM, system architects, and developers.
  • Act as a bridge between business and technical stakeholders, participating in scrum and sprint planning ceremonies as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field.
  • 5+ years of hands-on work experience as a Business Analyst.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Visio diagramming tool or similar software.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
