Job Description: Operations Manager

Timings: 9am to 05:30pm

Employment Type: Full-time (Onsite)

About the Role:

XOOM Plus is a fast-growing digital marketing agency that specializes in SEO, web development, content marketing, and server management. We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Manager to lead and optimise our marketing and development operations, ensuring smooth execution of strategies while aligning with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and oversee the planning, execution, tracking, and evaluation of operations and marketing strategies.
  2. Craft dynamic digital marketing strategies tailored to the unique goals and characteristics of each business unit.
  3. Manage all projects for various digital marketing initiatives, and coordinate effectively across the team.
  4. Collaborate with teams to streamline workflows, improve processes, and drive innovation.
  5. Manage marketing technology stack to support data-driven decision-making.
  6. Analyse marketing performance metrics and provide insights to boost lead generation and keep management informed by preparing reports and presentations.
  7. Maintain documentation and best practices for marketing processes.
  8. Project Management of all existing and new projects assigned including Fiverr and Upwork.
  9. Leverage project management tools to track progress, assign responsibilities, and maintain clear communication channels.
  10. Maintain work process flows by coordinating information and requirements with related operational departments and informing higher management throughout.
  11. Work closely with cross-functional teams, fostering alignment among content creators, SEO experts, designers, and developers.
  12. Establish clear Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) aligned with broader organizational objectives.
  13. Regularly track and analyze KPIs, including website traffic, conversion rates, and relevant costs, to gauge the effectiveness of digital campaigns for content marketing, including engagement metrics, lead generation, and conversion rates.
  14. Collaborate with the web developer and graphic designer to ensure visually appealing and user-friendly websites.
  15. Monitor and optimise website performance, focusing on reducing bounce rates.
  16. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conduct comprehensive financial analyses.
  17. Break down potential return on investment (ROI) and resource utilization to inform decision-making.
  18. Provide insights guiding effective resource allocation for maximum revenue impact.
  19. Oversee the content creation & content writing process, ensuring high-quality, relevant, and engaging content. Interpret information and make recommendations based on data and insights.
  20. Diversifying Revenue Streams Emphasize our commitment to enhancing profitability and continually diversifying revenue streams.
  21. Provide breakup and timeline of all existing and new projects and monitoring execution and performance throughout for timely delivery.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Experience: 4-5 years of proven experience as an Operations Manager (marketing) in a software house or digital marketing agency.
  • Industry Knowledge: 4+ years of experience preferably in SEO, web development, content management, and server operations.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of SEO, website management, CMS (WordPress, Shopify), and server security.
  • Leadership Skills: Hands-on experience managing diverse teams and leading multiple complex projects.
  • Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Proficiency in web analytics tools and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot technical, operational, and marketing challenges efficiently.
  • Strong Communication: Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage cross-team collaboration.
