Strategic Security Leadership
  • Develop and maintain a security strategy aligned with our FinTech and SaaS business objectives.
  • Drive adoption of industry frameworks (ISO27001, NIST, SOC2) and monitor regulatory compliance (e.g., PCI‑DSS, GDPR, PDPL).
  • Present security posture updates and risk dashboards to the board and executive committee.

Risk Management & Governance
  • Lead risk assessments, application threat modeling, and third‑party/vendor security evaluations.
  • Implement a risk-based GRC (Governance, Risk, Compliance) program with clear metrics and KPIs.
  • Establish and enforce information security policies and procedures.

Security Operations & Incident Response
  • Oversee the Security Operations Center (SOC), incident response, and vulnerability management.
  • Establish and test incident response, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans (BCP/DRP).
  • Coordinate red/blue/purple team exercises and monitor remediation efforts.

Leadership & Collaboration
  • Build and mentor a high-performing InfoSec team.
  • Partner across R&D, DevOps, Legal, Finance, and Customer Success to integrate security into processes.
  • Drive security awareness and training across the organization.

Metrics & Reporting
  • Define and track KRIs/KSIs, manage detailed security KPIs, budgets, and resourcing.
  • Report on audit findings, penetration tests, and compliance activities

Requirements
  • 10+ years in information security, with 5+ years in senior leadership (CISO/Vice President — ideally in FinTech or SaaS)
  • Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • CISSP is required; CEH, CISM, CISA, or similar preferred .
  • Deep experience with ISO27001, NIST RMF, PCI‑DSS, SOC2, GDPR/PDPL compliance frameworks.
  • Strong track record in building InfoSec teams and managing SOC/incident response capabilities
