
Sales Executive Required

HLS is searching for new clients who could benefit from company products and maximizing customer potential. Responsibilities include:
- Carrying out market research to find new customers using the internet, business directory, and local chambers.
- Traveling to visit potential clients on a daily basis.
- Preparing call action plans.
- Establishing new and maintaining existing long-term relationships with customers.
- Managing and interpreting customer requirements by listening to clients and using astute questioning to understand, anticipate, and exceed their needs.
- Persuading clients that a product or service will best satisfy their needs in terms of quality, price, and delivery.
- Preparing customer quotations, following up on orders, payment collection, and delivery.
- Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing on terms and conditions.
- Offering after-sales support services.
- Administering client accounts.
- Preparing sales reports, daily visit reports, call activity reports, and market research reports for the head office.
- Meeting regular sales targets and recruiting new customers.
- Recording and maintaining client contact data.
- Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product will meet client needs.
- Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education.
- Solving client problems and helping in the design of custom-made products.
