HLS is searching for new clients who could benefit from company products and maximizing customer potential. Responsibilities include:

  1. Carrying out market research to find new customers using the internet, business directory, and local chambers.
  2. Traveling to visit potential clients on a daily basis.
  3. Preparing call action plans.
  4. Establishing new and maintaining existing long-term relationships with customers.
  5. Managing and interpreting customer requirements by listening to clients and using astute questioning to understand, anticipate, and exceed their needs.
  6. Persuading clients that a product or service will best satisfy their needs in terms of quality, price, and delivery.
  7. Preparing customer quotations, following up on orders, payment collection, and delivery.
  8. Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing on terms and conditions.
  9. Offering after-sales support services.
  10. Administering client accounts.
  11. Preparing sales reports, daily visit reports, call activity reports, and market research reports for the head office.
  12. Meeting regular sales targets and recruiting new customers.
  13. Recording and maintaining client contact data.
  14. Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product will meet client needs.
  15. Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education.
  16. Solving client problems and helping in the design of custom-made products.
