We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Client Servicing Agent to join our e-commerce team in the fashion industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer interactions, addressing inquiries, and providing exceptional service to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales. This role requires a strong understanding of fashion trends, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage e-commerce operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Act as the primary point of contact between the brand and the customer.
  2. Coordinate with Warehouse and Logistics operations for processing of order pickups, deliveries, and payments. Ensure timely order processing and delivery.
  3. Maintain accurate customer records and document interactions using CRM software.
  4. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media in a timely and professional manner.
  5. Resolve customer issues, including complaints, returns, exchanges, and refunds, while maintaining a positive attitude.
  6. Collaborate with the e-commerce team to ensure product availability, accurate listings, and timely updates on the online platform.
  7. Monitor and manage customer feedback to enhance the overall shopping experience.
  8. Support in developing and implementing customer loyalty programs to boost retention.

Qualifications and Skills:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Fashion Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  2. Proven experience in customer service, preferably in the fashion or e-commerce industry.
  3. Strong understanding of fashion products, trends, and consumer behavior.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Proficient in using e-commerce platforms, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office.
  6. Problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
  7. Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing is an advantage.
