Business Development Executive – (Software)

Our company, established in 2021, is working on various projects and is in the process of establishing a new division. We are looking for an experienced, self-driven, and motivated individual eager to excel in this role.

Accepted candidates will receive a full-time salary and benefits.

Responsibilities
  • Create and optimize profiles on Upwork, Fiverr, and similar platforms.
  • Actively bid on relevant projects (Web Development, Content Writing, etc.).
  • Communicate with potential clients to understand their requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal developers to prepare proposals and timelines.
  • Manage client relationships and follow up to ensure project closure.
  • Track success rates and refine bidding strategies accordingly.
Qualifications
  • Prior experience in bidding on freelance platforms (Upwork/Fiverr essential).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Basic understanding of web development or digital services.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver results.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven.
Preferred

Background in IT sales or marketing, and previous success in winning freelance projects.
