Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of RFPs, RFIs, proposal writing and staff augmentation services along with excellent communication skills and a solid educational background.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate leads and drive growth.
  • Develop, write, and manage Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs), and business proposals.
  • Explore and develop opportunities specifically in staff augmentation and project-based engagements.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored proposals that align with client needs.
  • Maintain and update sales pipelines and CRM systems.
  • Foster strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to secure new business.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of RFPs, RFIs, and proposal development processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in using CRM software.
  • Proven ability to meet targets and achieve business development goals.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in business development within industry, e.g., IT, Software, etc.
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
