
Human Resources Business Partner

Position Summary:
The HR Business Partner - Support Functions will act as a strategic and operational HR lead for key corporate departments such as Accounts, Finance, Admin, IT, Audit, HR, and Costing. This role will be responsible for driving performance management, process optimization, digital HRIS development, and full-spectrum HR services, including recruitment, policy implementation, employee relations, and talent development—ensuring alignment with Interwood's values, compliance requirements, and business priorities.
Key Responsibilities:- Strategic HR Partnering
- Serve as the primary HR advisor to Heads of Departments of support functions.
- Align HR strategies with departmental goals to enhance performance and productivity.
- Support organization design, workforce planning, and change management.
- Performance Management
- Lead performance review cycles, KPI setting, feedback, and development planning.
- Promote a performance-driven culture through coaching and feedback.
- Assist managers with performance improvement plans when needed.
- Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Manage recruitment processes from job posting to selection.
- Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new hires.
- Support succession planning and critical role identification.
- Employee Engagement & Relations
- Handle employee concerns, policy clarifications, benefits, and conflicts.
- Conduct exit interviews and manage separation processes.
- Organize engagement sessions to foster team cohesion and morale.
- HR Operations & Compliance
- Maintain employee records, job descriptions, KPIs, and org charts.
- Ensure compliance with policies and labor laws.
- Manage insurance queries and coordinate with vendors.
- Refine HR policies in collaboration with leadership and legal teams.
- Generate HR reports on attrition, headcount, and costs.
- Training & Development
- Organize training sessions based on skill gap analysis.
- Monitor and update learning plans.
- Support career development initiatives.
- HR Digital Transformation & Process Optimization
- Enhance HRIS features for workflow efficiency.
- Partner with IT and vendors for implementation and training.
- Identify and resolve HR process bottlenecks.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; HR certification is a plus.
- 5-7 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role.
- Experience in developing HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Strong knowledge of talent management, organizational development, and employee relations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to drive change in a complex organization.
- Experience analyzing HR metrics and translating data into insights.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
