We are currently hiring for the position of Computer Operator.

Job Description:
As a Computer Operator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of computer systems within our organization. You will play a crucial role in supporting various departments by providing technical assistance and troubleshooting any issues that may arise. Your attention to detail and ability to swiftly address problems will contribute to the overall efficiency and productivity of our company.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor and operate computer systems, including hardware, software, and peripherals.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as backups, system checks, and updates.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to computer systems and software applications.
- Assist users with computer-related problems and provide training when necessary.
- Maintain system documentation, such as logs and repair records.
- Ensure data security and confidentiality by following established protocols.
- Collaborate with IT team to upgrade and improve system performance.

Job Specification

- Proficient understanding of computer systems and software applications.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of networking and database management.
- Familiarity with operating systems, such as Windows and Linux.
- Knowledge of programming languages (e.g. Python, Java) is a plus.
