
Regional Tender Executive

General Description:This position is responsible for effectively handling tenders from customers and aligning opportunities with the company's strategic objectives.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:- Work closely with the global and regional account management teams to lead or support the preparation and submission of tenders for global and strategic customers.
- Analyze tender specifications and liaise with countries, mainly in the APAC region, for accurate and timely responses.
- Coordinate with multiple stakeholders including local offices and central procurement teams to ensure high-quality and competitive offers.
- Develop a project plan for adequate pricing analysis, internal review, and evaluation in line with the global tender management process.
- Maintain records of tenders in internal reports and tender document management systems.
- Lead or participate in meetings with cross-region stakeholders to provide advice or analysis from a Tender Management perspective to achieve corporate goals.
- Participate in other assignments and related projects as required.
- Advanced MS Excel skills are mandatory.
- Ability to utilize software efficiently (e.g., Ariba, Jagger, etc.).
- Fast thinker, problem solver, with a strong aptitude for numbers.
- Good interpersonal skills and an understanding of cultural diversity.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Ability to multitask and perform under pressure.
- Diploma in SCM, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields preferred.
- 2-3 years' experience in the freight forwarding/logistics industry, especially in Ocean freight.
- 1 year experience in customer service or sales quotation related to freight forwarding industry is also applicable.
