Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Regional Project Management Lead to oversee projects across multiple locations and lead a team of regional project managers. This executive role requires strategic leadership, cross-functional coordination, and operational excellence to achieve organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategies to optimize project delivery across regions.
  • Align Regional Practices: Align regional project management practices with organizational goals.
  • Executive Team Contribution: Serve as a key member of the executive team, contributing to overall business strategy.
Team Management
  • Leadership and Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of regional project managers.
  • Culture Development: Foster a high-performing culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Performance Reviews: Conduct performance reviews and professional development planning for team members.
Project Oversight
  • Delivery Assurance: Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Risk Mitigation: Monitor project progress, mitigate risks, and address roadblocks proactively.
  • Standards Establishment: Establish and maintain standards for project management excellence.

Requirements:

  • Infrastructure Experience: Min 12 years in infrastructure project management, with min 5 years in a senior leadership role and PMP certified.
  • Methodology Expertise: Experience in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Lean).
  • Tool Proficiency: Experience in project management tools and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field (Master's or MBA preferred).
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Problem-Solving: Strategic thinking and problem-solving.
  • Change Management: Ability to drive change and foster innovation.
  • Cultural Competence: Cross-cultural communication and global perspective.
  • Financial Acumen: Financial acumen and budget management.
