We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Integration Engineer to join our dynamic team. As an integration expert, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing robust and scalable integration solutions that connect our diverse enterprise applications and systems. You will leverage your deep knowledge of integration patterns, best practices, and leading integration platforms to drive efficiency and innovation across our technical landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Integration Solution Design & Architecture: Lead the design and architecture of complex integration solutions, defining data flows, message formats, transformation rules, and error handling mechanisms.
  • Technical Expertise and Leadership: Act as a subject matter expert in integration technologies, providing guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and contributing to the overall technical strategy.
  • Performance Tuning and Optimization: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in integration solutions, ensuring optimal system performance and reliability.
  • Troubleshooting and Support: Provide expert-level support for integration issues, diagnosing root causes and implementing effective solutions in a timely manner.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all integration solutions, including design specifications, development guides, and operational procedures.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including application developers, business analysts, and infrastructure teams, to understand requirements and deliver integrated solutions.

Must Have Skills:

  • 4-5 years of demonstrated experience as an Integration Engineer, with a strong focus on complex enterprise-level integrations.
  • Proven expertise as an integration expert, with a deep understanding of various integration patterns (e.g., publish/subscribe, request/reply, ETL), protocols (e.g., REST, SOAP, SFTP, AMQP), and data formats (e.g., XML, JSON, EDI).
  • Hands-on experience with any of the following enterprise integration platforms is essential: BizTalk, MuleSoft, TIBCO, Dell Boomi, Oracle Integration Cloud
  • Strong understanding of API design principles and experience with API management platforms.
  • Experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle) and proficiency in writing complex SQL queries.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP, Oracle) and cloud-native integration services is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
