About The Role

We are seeking a senior integration developer to design and build high-performance integrations between our institutional trading platform and global crypto exchanges, OTC desks, and brokers.

As a key member of the development team, you will work on low-latency architectures that connect to dozens of venues, using your expertise in Golang and other similar languages.

Responsibilities
  • Design and develop performant APIs and connectivity modules to external venues (REST, WebSocket, FIX).
  • Develop high-quality, low-latency integrations for order routing, trade execution, and data ingestion.
  • Monitor and support venue connections and real-time data pipelines.
  • Collaborate with product and infrastructure teams to support exchange onboarding and new product launches.
  • Contribute to system reliability and observability with proper logging, monitoring (Grafana, Prometheus).
  • Develop comprehensive automated tests for production readiness.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of hands-on backend or connectivity engineering experience.
  • Proficiency in Golang or similar languages (e.g., C++, Rust, C#).
  • Experience integrating with crypto or financial trading venues (CeFi or DeFi).
  • Familiarity with WebSocket, REST, and FIX APIs.
  • Background in high-performance distributed systems.
  • Knowledge of cloud-native development (AWS/GCP), Docker, CI/CD.
