The ideal candidate will establish and maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders, the program manager, and software architect to ensure the team's objectives are met. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, managing, and executing project plans, including defining scope, schedule, risks, deliverables, and resources. Candidate will oversee and motivate a cross-functional team, collaborate with process audit and compliance teams, set team goals, and contribute to the improvement of project management processes.

Responsibilities:
  1. Build a close relationship & liaison with Customer Stakeholders, Program Manager, and Software Architect to drive team deliverables and goals.
  2. Become an engaging member of the Confiz PMO team and help elevate Project Management through process optimization, delivery excellence, and leadership development.
  3. Develop, manage, and execute project plans, defining scope, schedule, risks, deliverables, and resources.
  4. Utilize SCRUM or Kanban software development processes, with the ability to switch between methodologies and tailor them according to project needs.
  5. Manage, monitor, and motivate the cross-functional team assigned to the project.
  6. Coordinate with Process Audit and Compliance teams to ensure adherence to best practices.
  7. Set team goals and guide the team to perform at their best, including conducting bi-annual performance reviews.
  8. Possess knowledge of software development processes and procedures to understand team needs.
  9. Be familiar with agile methodologies and frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, XP, etc.
  10. Understand other methodologies beyond Agile-Scrum to motivate and explain different approaches.
  11. Have knowledge of Agile techniques such as User Stories, Continuous Integration, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, and Agile Games.
  12. Strong understanding of Scrum theory, rules, and practices.
  13. Comprehend the fundamentals of iterative and incremental development.
  14. Appreciate the value of metrics and incremental delivery.
  15. Ability to commit to and understand the delivery of products on time.
  16. Knowledge of tasks, backlog tracking, burndown metrics, velocity, and user stories.
  17. Familiarity with common development practices, service-oriented environments, and Agile practices.
Requirements:
  1. BSc/MS in Computer Science from a reputable institution.
  2. 5-8 years of experience in reputable software organizations.
  3. Hands-on experience in software development projects.
  4. Excellent English communication, leadership, and presentation skills.
  5. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams with respect and professionalism.
  6. Knowledge of SCRUM methodology is mandatory.
  7. Experience with tools like JIRA and DevOps.
  8. Experience in Dynamics365 implementation.
  9. An easy-going and likable personality.
  10. Familiarity with CMMi level processes is a plus.
