As a key member of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for creating compelling designs that tell our story and resonate with our audience. Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a cohesive visual brand identity across all platforms and materials
• Create engaging marketing materials including brochures, social media graphics, and digital content
• Lead design projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to brand guidelines
• Collaborate with marketing, communications, and program teams to articulate design needs and effectively address them
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering their professional growth and creativity
• Stay updated on industry trends and design tools to incorporate new techniques into our projects
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet deadlines
• Build full brand identities from scratch
• Design visual systems—logos, typography, color schemes, style guides
• Collaborate across teams to keep brand consistent
• Present and explain your design choices confidently
• Stay current with design and branding trends
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Figma) and other design tools
• Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design work and successful branding projects
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate design concepts
• Experience in leading projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles
