Role Overview:

As a Brand Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in creating visually compelling graphics for social media, websites, and ad-hoc marketing materials. You will work closely with the Senior Brand Identity Visualizer to support the development of brand identities from scratch, ensuring all visual assets align with brand guidelines and strategic goals. Your creativity and attention to detail will help elevate CC's market presence and engage target audiences across multiple platforms.

• Design and execute high-quality graphics for social media calendars, websites, and ad-hoc marketing materials, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with the Senior Brand Identity Visualizer to support the creation of brand identities, including logos, color palettes, typography, and imagery systems.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of comprehensive brand guidelines to ensure consistency across digital, print, and multimedia platforms.
• Create visually engaging assets for marketing campaigns, social media posts, website banners, and client-facing materials.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into effective visual solutions.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to bring fresh, innovative ideas to CC's visual identity and campaigns.
• Manage multiple design projects under tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.

Capabilities:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
• 4 years of experience in graphic design, with a portfolio showcasing expertise in social media graphics, website design, and marketing materials.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and other design tools.
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling, typography, and layout design.
• Basic knowledge of brand identity development and the ability to support the creation of brand guidelines.
• Familiarity with market trends and consumer behavior to inform design decisions.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with both creative and non-creative stakeholders.
