Job Description:

  1. Maintaining and increasing sales.
  2. Reaching the targets and goals set for each Point of Sale.
  3. Establishing, maintaining, and expanding our customer base.
  4. Servicing the needs of our existing customers.
  5. Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market.
  6. Setting sales targets for individual reps and your team as a whole.
  7. Recruiting and training sales staff.
  8. Allocating areas to sales representatives.
  9. Developing sales strategies and setting targets.
  10. Monitoring your team's performance and motivating them to reach targets.
  11. Compiling and analyzing sales figures.
  12. Possibly dealing with some major customer accounts himself.
  13. Collecting customer feedback and market research.
  14. Reporting to senior managers.
  15. Keeping up to date with products and competitors.
  16. Manage and control all aspects of store operations to promote cost-effectiveness and profitability.
  17. Hire, direct, coach, support, and delegate the sales team, monitoring their performance to achieve store targets.
  18. Motivate the team and develop their potential, and develop succession plans for the store.
  19. Identify training needs for store staff to ensure relevant/value-added training needs are delivered with the support of operation and HR.
  20. Communicate effectively with the team, passing on all relevant information at the right time.
  21. Develop annual and quarterly strategies for the store to meet sales targets, develop the team, and increase business.
  22. Ensure stores are merchandised commercially and visually to company standards in direction for profit maximization.
  23. Ensure accurate and timely reconciliation of cash flows and petty cash.
  24. Analyze stock management and fulfill the store's demands in a proactive manner.
  25. Ensure stock levels in store are maintained through monitoring stock and liaising with store planner.
  26. Manage day-to-day retail operations of the company.
  27. Ensure close coordination with dealers and maximize dealership sales.
  28. Ensure utmost customer service and cultivate a culture of excellent customer service, leading by example on the sales floor. Deal with customer complaints effectively and promptly.
Job Specification

Skills / Job Requirements:

  • Must have experience in Brand Retailing.
  • Graduate with tertiary qualifications in Sales & Marketing.
  • Should have a good sense of marketing and branding.
