Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy Personal Assistant to support daily operations with a strong focus on digitalization, data entry, task management, and document processing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating schedules, managing administrative workflows, and maintaining data accuracy across various platforms and portals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Digitalization & Data Entry
  • Digitize paper records and ensure accurate entry of data into company systems.
  • Maintain and update electronic databases, spreadsheets, and filing systems.
  • Scheduling & Calendar Management
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events across multiple calendars.
  • Send reminders and follow-ups to ensure timely attendance and preparation.
  • Task & Workflow Management
  • Track project tasks and deadlines, ensuring all assignments are completed on time.
  • Communicate status updates and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Document Handling & Processing
  • Prepare, review, and process documents across a range of internal and third-party platforms.
  • Ensure documents are correctly formatted, filed, and securely stored or shared.
  • Administrative Support
  • Assist with general administrative duties including email correspondence and report generation.
  • Act as a liaison between departments or external contacts as needed.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
  • Strong digital literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and cloud-based tools.
  • Familiarity with online platforms and portals for document management and scheduling.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with task management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Notion).
  • Knowledge of document automation or electronic signature platforms (e.g., DocuSign, Adobe Sign).
  • Previous experience in a digital transformation or data-driven role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs25,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
