About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and tech-savvy Personal Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our senior management. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, excellent English comprehension, and the ability to use modern digital tools to streamline daily operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the executive's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
  • Draft, review, and send professional emails and documents in English.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (HR, Finance, Procurement, Technical Operations) and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare presentations, spreadsheets, and meeting summaries.
  • Handle follow-ups and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Assist with light tech and automation tasks using Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and other business tools.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree (Computer Science preferred; other disciplines acceptable with strong tech skills).
  • Experience: 1–3 years in an administrative, coordination, or executive assistant role.
  • Skills & Competencies:
  • Excellent English comprehension (reading & writing) is mandatory.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and communication tools such as WhatsApp Business, Zoom, Zoho, etc.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
