Position: Senior Engineer (Elastic Certified Engineer / Elastic Certified Observability Engineer)

Location: Hyderabad / Mohali (Immediate onsite to Singapore)

Experience: 6 - 10 years

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Engineer with expertise in Elastic tools and certifications in either Elastic Certified Engineer or Elastic Certified Observability Engineer. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data modelling, querying, and data extraction. They will also have experience with bulk document indexing, search APIs, and creating and consuming REST APIs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and manage Elastic Search clusters and solutions.
  • Perform data modelling and querying using log aggregation tools.
  • Develop data extraction and reporting solutions using Elastic tools.
  • Implement and manage bulk document indexing and search APIs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and consume REST APIs.
  • Ensure the performance, reliability, and scalability of Elastic solutions.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Elastic Search and associated technologies.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in Elastic tools and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Elastic Certified Engineer or Elastic Certified Observability Engineer certification is preferred.
  • Proven experience in data modelling and querying using Elastic tools.
  • Strong experience with bulk document indexing and search APIs.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Nice to Have:

  • Proficient in Java, Python, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Hands-on experience in creating and consuming REST APIs.
  • Familiarity with Splunk is a bonus.
