As the SEO Team Lead, you'll own and execute the end-to-end SEO strategy—technical, on-page, and off-page. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and play a key role in our website transition, ensuring SEO excellence from the ground up.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Build and implement an SEO roadmap aligned with our growth goals.
  • Conduct regular audits and optimize site structure, metadata, and internal linking.
  • Track algorithm updates, competitor activity, and market trends.

Technical SEO

  • Ensure our new website launch meets all best practices (architecture, Core Web Vitals, crawlability, etc.).
  • Collaborate with developers to implement structured data, sitemaps, hreflang tags, and more.
  • Optimize for page speed, mobile UX, and indexation issues.

On-Page & Content Optimization

  • Lead keyword research, topic clustering, and content gap analysis.
  • Partner with content teams to optimize relevance, UX, and internal linking.

Off-Page SEO & Link Building

  • Design white-hat link-building strategies.
  • Oversee outreach, monitor backlink health, and manage disavow files.

Analytics, Reporting & CRO

  • Use GA, GSC, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog to track performance.
  • Report on KPIs including traffic, keyword ranking, CTR, and conversions.
  • Run A/B tests to boost organic conversions.

Optional: SEO-PPC Synergy

  • Collaborate with paid search teams to ensure alignment across organic and paid efforts.

What You Bring to the Table

  • 5+ years of SEO experience, ideally in eCommerce or retail.
  • Deep technical SEO knowledge and hands-on site optimization experience.
  • Strong grasp of Core Web Vitals, Google's algorithm updates, and E-E-A-T.
  • Proficient in tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, GA, and GSC.
  • Experience collaborating with devs, content creators, and marketers.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
  • Bonus: Understanding of how SEO integrates with Google Ads/PPC.
