Job Summary

We are looking for passionate and driven Student Counselors to support students in pursuing higher education opportunities overseas. The role requires direct student engagement, from career guidance to visa counseling, ensuring a smooth and supportive journey for each applicant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide career and academic counseling to students interested in studying abroad.
  • Guide students on university/program selection, scholarships, admission procedures, and visas.
  • Assist in preparing and reviewing application documents, resumes, SOPs, and interview readiness.
  • Stay informed about admission policies, scholarships, and visa updates across destinations.
  • Handle student inquiries promptly and deliver excellent customer service.
  • Maintain accurate student records in CRM and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Support marketing campaigns by participating in seminars, open days, and education fairs.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, International Relations, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in student counseling, career guidance, or education consultancy.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Ability to provide personalized counseling and adapt to diverse student backgrounds.
Preferred Attributes
  • Prior experience in overseas education consultancy.
  • Empathetic, approachable, and student-focused.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a positive attitude.
