InfoTaxSquare.com is a U.S.-based company offering nationwide payroll, bookkeeping, and tax services since 2003. We are expanding our remote team in Karachi and are seeking a detail-oriented, trustworthy, and experienced Bookkeeper to work closely with our U.S. accounting staff.

Job Details
  • Position: Full-Time Bookkeeper
  • Location: Remote (Karachi-based candidates only)
  • Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST (New York Time Zone)
Key Responsibilities
  • Record day-to-day financial transactions accurately
  • Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports
  • Assist with payroll and tax filings
  • Collaborate with CPAs and EAs to support client needs
Requirements
  • Proven experience in bookkeeping or accounting
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks (Online/Desktop) or similar software
  • Strong understanding of basic accounting principles
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines
  • Must have a reliable internet connection and power backup
  • Must be comfortable working 9 AM to 5 PM EST
  • Karachi-based candidates only
Education
  • Candidates must have completed their education
  • Preferred: Bachelor's or Master's in Commerce (e.g., BBA, MBA)
  • Students currently enrolled in academic programs will not be considered
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with U.S. tax preparation or business filings
  • Familiarity with IRS resolution processes
  • Previous experience in a remote or virtual accounting environment
