Experience: Minimum 2 years of project sales and sales/marketing experience.

As a Property Sales Consultant at MYK REAL ESTATE ADVISORY, you will play a pivotal role in our mission to connect buyers with their dream properties. Your expertise in project sales, combined with your proficiency in social media marketing, will be instrumental in driving our sales efforts to new heights.   • Manage and nurture client relationships throughout the sales cycle
  • Demonstrate properties to prospective buyers and provide expert guidance
  • Utilize your social media skills to create and execute effective marketing campaigns
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and industry developments
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize sales strategies

Minimum Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in project sales
  • Strong background in sales and marketing
  • In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms and marketing capabilities
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
