Company Description

Inbound Outbound Agency provides expert inbound and outbound sales solutions, lead generation, CRM setup, appointment setting, and virtual sales support services.

Inbound and Outbound is looking for a results-driven Sales Executive to join us onsite in Karachi. This role offers the chance to be the first sales hire in a fast-growing startup, working directly with the founder to develop sales strategies, build the team, and establish processes from scratch.

About the Role

We seek a candidate who thrives in a fast-paced environment, capable of identifying, creating, and closing new opportunities. Passion for technology and experience in selling:

  • Web Development Projects
  • Mobile App and Software Projects
  • SEO and Digital Marketing Solutions
What You'll Be Doing
  • Making cold calls and following up on warm leads
  • Generating new business for web, app, SEO, and custom software services
  • Creating and managing a sales pipeline
  • Closing deals and onboarding clients
  • Upselling and cross-selling to existing clients
  • Collaborating directly with the founder to shape future sales strategies
What We're Looking For
  • Proven B2B sales experience, especially in tech, development, or digital marketing
  • Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Track record of meeting targets, closing deals, and generating revenue
  • Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, CRM software, or willingness to learn quickly
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable with cold outreach
  • No degree required—results matter most
