Job Description:

  • Maintenance Operations:
  • Reconcile Asset Management master data of Plant & Machinery
  • Monitor maintenance task lists and update in system accordingly for maintenance use
  • Adhere to daily and weekly checks to ensure smooth site operations
  • Develop a Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedule, ensure full preventive maintenance, plan missed activities, and lead the team
  • Collaborate with shift team to reduce re-occurring faults; ensure issues are resolved efficiently
  • Follow-up on root cause analysis and share improvement plans
  • Ensure KPIs are met by working on the overall plan
    • Workshop Operations:
    • Monitor refurbishment processes and manage in-house fabrication of low-value assets
    • Collaborate with workshop to improve efficiency
    • Maintain health of workshop equipment through proper periodic maintenance
    • Control scrap generation and monitor disposal processes
    • Optimize inventory based on trends; coordinate with manager for critical inventory needs
    • Follow up on inventory and vendor-managed inventory; analyze issuance explanations and faults
    • Oversee procurement of approved inventory items
    • Review daily issuance reports and identify issues
      • Health & Safety:
      • Lead team to ensure compliance with EHS guidelines, work permit systems, and risk assessments
      • Ensure timely hazard closure; support modifications to comply with ISO 45001; develop SOPs for hazardous substances; deliver training and safety refreshers
