Job Summary:

The Technical Support Assistant will assist customers and dealers in resolving technical issues related to solar inverters, batteries, and energy storage products. The role involves providing remote and on-site support, handling service tickets, and assisting in warranty processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Level 1 support via phone, email, or chat for technical inquiries.
  • Log, track, and escalate service requests.
  • Coordinate with engineering and RMA teams for product replacements.
  • Maintain support documentation and FAQs.
  • Support field engineers or service partners as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's in Electrical / Electronics Technology.
  • 2-3 years of experience in customer support or solar fieldwork.
  • Basic knowledge of solar systems and inverter operation.
  • Experience with CRM is a plus.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for on-site support.
