About Us:

At CodexQuill, we are a dynamic design agency creating exceptional visual experiences across various industries. Our expertise includes graphic design, branding, packaging, and UI/UX design. We seek an energetic and proactive Assistant & Team Manager to streamline team operations, ensure task completion, and support the CEO daily.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team & Task Management: Oversee team tasks via Trello, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met; monitor project boards; assign tasks proactively; gather daily updates; prepare and review daily task updates with the CEO; communicate updates; create weekly progress reports.
  • Administrative Support: Assist the CEO with scheduling, email management, and priorities; remind about deadlines; organize meetings; take notes; assist in hiring and onboarding; manage company profiles on Behance, Dribbble, LinkedIn; create and schedule content for social media channels.
  • Time & Workflow Optimization: Develop schedules; identify bottlenecks and suggest improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in team management, administrative support
  • Proficiency in Trello, Asana or similar tools
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Energetic, proactive, and solution-oriented attitude
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, Behance, Dribbble is advantageous

Trial Period:

One month trial: evaluated on daily updates, weekly reports, workflow efficiency, and proactive support. Successful completion leads to a full-time role with a salary of 35,000 PKR/month and growth opportunities.
