Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Assistant Manager – Inventory / Supply Chain to oversee inventory operations for our 400+ T-Mobile retail stores across the U.S. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing end-to-end inventory processes, minimizing variances, optimizing stock flow, and implementing best practices in a retail telecom environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead inventory planning and control operations across all U.S.-based retail outlets.
  • Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly inventory trends, highlighting discrepancies, shrinkage, and revenue leakages.
  • Ensure synchronization between store-level inventory and central records for real-time stock accuracy.
  • Monitor high-value and fast-moving items and suggest replenishment strategies.
  • Supervise audits, stock reconciliation, and ensure compliance with internal control policies.
  • Collaborate with finance, sales, and operations teams to optimize margins and reduce losses.
  • Design and maintain comprehensive reporting dashboards using Excel, Google Sheets, and BI tools.
  • Manage onboarding and inventory setup processes for new store takeovers.
  • Train and guide junior staff and coordinate with U.S.-based leadership.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in inventory, logistics, or retail operations (preferably telecom or multi-location retail).
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; working knowledge of Power BI/Tableau is an advantage.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Deep understanding of U.S. retail inventory processes and performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills to manage cross-border operations.
  • Willingness to work in night shifts (U.S. time zone) and handle confidential data with integrity.
