Role Overview

We are looking for an
Assistant Supply Chain Executive
to help manage day-to-day supply chain tasks like deliveries, stock handling, vendor coordination, and daily entries that keep our operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage deliveries
    – prepare slips, coordinate drivers, and track dispatches.
  • Do daily entries
    – record purchases, issues, and dispatches in Excel/ERP.
  • Manage stock
    – check material in and out, update system, and keep counts accurate.
  • Stock counting
    – assist in physical stock checks and match with records.
  • Vendor follow-ups
    – support in getting materials on time and recording bills.
  • Cross-team coordination
    – work with production, accounts, and sales teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (Supply Chain / BBA / Commerce).
  • Good MS Excel skills (basic formulas, reporting).
  • Fresh graduates or 1–2 years' experience welcome.
  • Strong follow-up and record-keeping skills.
