Job Overview

We're seeking a highly skilled and creative Content Creator who thrives on leveraging AI to produce standout designs and content. This role involves creating print designs, digital posts, and videos that not only look stunning but are strategically crafted to engage audiences and drive conversions. Key Responsibilities

- Develop high-quality content for print (e.g., brochures, banners) and digital platforms (e.g., social media posts, ads) that align with WhiteRice15x's brand and client objectives.

- Produce engaging, conversion-focused videos, including scripting, editing, and post-production.

- Utilize AI tools like MidJourney, ChatGPT, and ElevenLabs to enhance creativity and streamline workflows.

- Master the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.) to create polished, professional designs and videos.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure content aligns with campaign goals and drives measurable engagement and conversions.

- Stay updated on industry trends, AI advancements, and creative tools to bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table.

- Analyze content performance metrics to optimize future campaigns for maximum impact.

What We're Looking For

- Proven experience in content creation (print, digital, and video) with a portfolio showcasing engaging, conversion-driven work.

- Hands-on experience with AI tools like MidJourney, ChatGPT, and ElevenLabs for content creation and optimization.

- A strong appetite for learning and adopting new technologies and creative techniques.

- Strategic mindset with a focus on creating content that engages audiences and drives conversions.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work in a fast-paced, hybrid team environment.

- Passion for innovation, creativity, and staying ahead of industry trends.

- Based in or willing to work hybrid from Blue Area, Islamabad.
