Job Overview:

We are looking for an on-site dynamic Social Media & Graphic Design Executive to join our team at the Lahore office, Pakistan located in DHA phase 6. This role requires both creative and strategic skills to manage social media platforms while designing visually compelling content with traditional tools as well as with the latest AI tools.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation:

Develop and curate engaging content (text, images, videos) that aligns with the brand's voice and target audience.

Platform Management:

Manage and maintain social media accounts across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok etc.).

Community Engagement:

Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries, fostering a positive online community.

Trend Monitoring:

Stay up to date with social media trends, industry best practices, and competitor activities.

Campaign Planning & Execution:

Plan and execute social media marketing campaigns to achieve specific objectives (e.g., increase brand awareness, drive traffic, generate leads).

Performance Analysis:

Track and analyze social media performance metrics (e.g., engagement, reach, website traffic) using analytics tools to identify areas for improvement.

Reporting:

Prepare reports on social media performance and provide insights to stakeholders.

Skills and Qualifications:

2-3 years of experience in social media management and graphic design, preferably in a digital marketing agency.

  • Strong Communication Skills: Ability to write engaging content and communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
  • Social Media Expertise: Understanding of different social media platforms and their best practices.
  • Content Creation Skills (traditional): Ability to create high-quality content that is visually appealing and engaging.
  • Content Creation Skills (with the latest AI tools): Ability to create high-quality content using the latest AI tools that is visually appealing and engaging.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva and other related tools.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to track, analyze, and interpret social media data.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and address social media issues and challenges.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple social media accounts and campaigns effectively.
  • Digital Marketing Knowledge: Understanding of digital marketing principles and strategies.
  • Experience with Social Media Management Tools: Familiarity with tools for scheduling posts, analyzing data, and managing campaigns.
  • Knowledge of video editing and motion graphics is a plus.
  • Excellent time management skills.
