The Role

As an Automation Engineer, you will play a key role in designing and deploying advanced workflow automations across platforms like n8n, Make.com, and Eleven Labs, while integrating seamlessly with CRMs such as GoHighLevel (GHL). You'll also bring your frontend skills to craft marketing templates and assets within these CRM environments, helping clients deliver consistent and engaging customer experiences. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of automation, AI, and user-centric design.

Key Responsibilities

• Workflow Automation – Design and build custom workflows using n8n, Make.com, and related automation platforms to streamline business operations.
• AI & Audio Integration – Integrate AI-powered voice and audio solutions using tools like Eleven Labs for dynamic customer interaction experiences.
• CRM Integration – Connect and automate processes within CRMs like GoHighLevel, ensuring seamless data flow between marketing, sales, and support systems.
• Frontend Template Development – Build and customize email, landing page, and SMS templates within CRMs to support automated marketing campaigns.
• API Integration & Webhooks – Connect third-party services through API calls and webhooks to enable data-driven automations across various tools.
• System Optimization & Monitoring – Ensure automations are reliable, efficient, and easily maintainable, while monitoring for issues and scaling as needed.
• Collaboration & Solution Design – Work with clients, strategists, and developers to understand business needs and deliver best-fit automation solutions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in workflow automation using n8n, Make.com, or similar platforms.
• Practical experience integrating Eleven Labs or other AI voice/audio services.
• Strong knowledge of GoHighLevel (GHL) or other CRM platforms and experience with custom CRM workflow setup.
• Hands-on experience with APIs, webhooks, and integrating multiple SaaS tools.
• Understanding of automation best practices, error handling, and performance monitoring.
• Ability to translate business processes into scalable automation workflows.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with other marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, etc.).
• Familiarity with OpenAI or similar AI services for content or workflow automation.
• Experience with customer journey mapping and funnel optimization.
• Exposure to voice AI, chatbots, or virtual agent development.
