Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and experienced SEO Expert to join our dynamic marketing team. As an SEO Expert at Hamco Sports, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our online presence and driving organic traffic to our platforms. Your expertise will be instrumental in enhancing our digital visibility and increasing customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-performing keywords for content optimization.
  2. Implement on-page SEO strategies, including optimizing meta tags, headings, and content for improved search engine rankings.
  3. Execute effective Off-Page SEO strategies, including but not limited to link building, content outreach, and social media optimization.
  4. Perform technical SEO audits to identify and rectify any website issues affecting search engine performance.
  5. Analyze website traffic, user behavior, and other key performance indicators using tools like Google Analytics and SEO software.
  6. Stay updated with industry trends, search engine algorithm changes, and emerging SEO techniques.
  7. Collaborate closely with content creators, designers, and developers to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into all aspects of our digital presence.
  8. Generate regular SEO reports and provide insights to the marketing team for informed decision-making.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  2. Proven track record of success in SEO, with a minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience.
  3. In-depth understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and technical SEO best practices.
  4. Proficiency in using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Moz.
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an attention to detail.
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  7. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
  8. Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes.
