We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for automating, streamlining, and optimizing our software delivery processes, infrastructure, and operations. You will work closely with development, QA, and IT teams to ensure efficient, reliable, and scalable deployments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines to support rapid development and deployment cycles.
  • Automate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.
  • Monitor application and system performance, ensuring high availability and fault tolerance.
  • Manage and optimize cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Maintain and enhance containerization using Docker and orchestration using Kubernetes.
  • Implement and maintain robust security practices and compliance policies.
  • Support incident response, root cause analysis, and system recovery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve development workflows and productivity.
  • Maintain documentation related to systems architecture, processes, and configurations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI).
  • Proficiency in scripting languages like Bash, Python, or PowerShell.
  • Strong experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
  • Solid understanding of networking, system administration (Linux/Windows), and cloud platforms.
  • Familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack).
  • Knowledge of version control systems (Git, GitHub, Bitbucket).
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
