Job Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented Credentialing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the credentialing and re-credentialing processes for healthcare providers, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Submit credentialing and enrollment applications accurately and timely.
  2. Initiate and manage the credentialing and re-credentialing processes for healthcare providers.
  3. Follow up with insurance companies to ensure timely credentialing approval.
  4. Conduct contract negotiations to maximize revenue.
  5. Manage and update PECOS and CAQH profiles for providers.
  6. Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and requirements.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's or Master's Degree.
  2. 1-2 years of relevant experience.
  3. Knowledge of credentialing practices, regulations, and compliance requirements.
  4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  5. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
